I hesitated for quite a while, wondering whether to put this in the 'Anime' or 'TV Series' forums, but decided on here in the end.

So, Avatar series three starts in the US today. iTunes users will be able to watch it very soon, and I'm sure the rest of us will soon find a way to do so too.

While Avatar always manages to get me fired up, thinking it's going to do something really epic, then disappoints me by falling short or rushing, I have to say I'm quite excited and will download as soon as I can.

Anyone else looking forward to Book III: Fire?

Ahhh Avatar... I never got into it tbh. It replaced Yu Gi Oh on early morning TV and that was a cardinal sin for me xD

Im now intrigued though... Should i give it another chance? lol

It's certainly worth seeing - and leagues better than Yu-Gi-Oh...I mean, it's genuinely pretty good, as opposed to so bad it's entertaining.

I watched a few episodes... but I never really got into it... my dad likes it though! XD [yes he likes anime...]... I used to watch a few episodes with him when i was bored... i must admit it's funny but I can never keep up with anime on TV xD

Good to see other Avatar fans. I couldnt stop watching it from when I downloaded the first ep a good while ago now. Now with book 3 out it's still as good as ever and am as hooked on it as much as before, and would you belive it Aangs got hair lol.

I really enjoyed how Book 3 started, but I'm not so sure now. I hated Sokka's Master, and I'm really not sure about the upcoming The Beach - though I may be surprised.

I've been watching the show since 2005. Leading tha UK, innit!

I did a season 3 marathon yesterday and watched all the current episodes back-to-back and I love the episodes mainly because there's no filler and it keeps going on at a steady pace.The invasion was brilliant it showed not everything goes to plan and i felt it was inevitable for zuko to come to the good side but i guess everyone did, Sokka is still funny he always has been the comedian element of the show. annnnnndddddd aang and Katara are together! another inevitablity but it came sooner than i expected.
