Request - Picture of a black manga character

Ok, to begin with, I'm not being racist at all and I am really sorry if anyone takes offence as a result.
Second, I apologise if I'm not supposed to put requests in for other people to draw.

Has anyone else noticed how there are never black people in anime or manga? It might be that the hair wouldn't look good on-screen, might be that they're just hard to draw, or there might be some other reason.

Anyone that can find\draw me a black person wins a cookie next London Expo (May).
I'll buy a box of pocky for the best one... or if you're not going to attend next time I'll give you a virtual box of pocky!

Killer Bee (the 8 tailed Jinchuuriki) is just one of the black characters in Naruto, his hidden village seems to have a high ratio of blacks and at least 5 are presented as important characters. (Bee's also REALLY AWESOME! I LOVE THE GUY!)

Maybe Naruto's artist was being pro-Obama =P given his timing...

The lack of black is... well, japan is known for being racist, and at the same time very few blacks actually move there, so they're rare as well in the enviroment. So the rareness of a black character is probably a combination of both those factors.
