Just so you don't have to try working out the map: When you go in, head to the back left (just in front of the giant black curtains which hide the main stage) and that's where the guests are signing (and where you buy the Smileys.) Go to the very back and very middle of the hall, then take a left when you get to the back wall, and the tiny area hidden away is Photo Shoot area, where you the you buy photo tickets, get them taken, AND pick them up.
