Any missing DVD's

I have just found out that the .Hack//roots volume 5 DVD I brought from the Beez stand has no DVD inside it. I was wondering if anyone else who brought the same DVD from the stand has had the same problem? or has had this before buying dvds from expo.

Because it was from expo I know there is nothing I can do but it will certainly put me off buying dvds from expo again

What do you mean there's nothing you can do? Get in touch with the company.

Just because it was from Expo, it doesn't mean you get . customer service and put up with it.

Can we just make a point you did not buy it from Expo.

If you purchased an item it was from that relevant company who attended Expo.

I know you probably meant that you bought it AT Expo but sometimes you need to be careful how you word things.

Yeah, the expo isn't actually liable for this...you need to get in direct contact with the store. It's no different from buying the DVD online and it coming as an empty case.

I have now e-mailed hopefully the right people and yes both admin and sean are correct I did mean AT expo and I did not mean I blamed the expo itself
