Anyone from the Bleach cast, maybe Michelle Ruff (voice of Rukia in the dub). She was also in Witch Hunter Robin, so lots of happy fans there.
David Tennant (Doctor Who, of course) would be awesome. Unlikely as he's probably really busy, but oh well.
Of course, having Kubo Tite (creator of Bleach) would be very, very cool, but since he's all the way over in Japan and would probably need a translator that would be difficult.

VA-wise, Quinton Flynn & Jeff Nimoy have mentioned atending in Oct several times, as has the wonderful Derek Stephen Prince. I'm pretty sure they've all got in contact with the Expo, and are just awaiting conformation. ¬_¬ It would be so many different kinds of awesome if they could make it! Hopefully this means we can get a Digimon panel, or two, in!
[Not to mention these notorious 18+ ones... ]

Any Doctor Who or other guests from the new series (2005+) would be on my list, esp Billie Piper, John Barrowman and ‘Sarah Jane Smith’! I think David Tennant will be too busy doing Hamlet etc even if he was invited..?
