Maybe its a bit early to post about this, but who do we contact about lost property?

My friend lost a grewy, waterproof on the Sunday. It was behind the cosplay desk, and she's not sure if she picked it up or not.
I'm wondering if anyone saw it, and also if there is anyone I can contact specifically about that.
