As soon as people start coming in (that is to say, when the early entry people start to pile in) then we accept registrations.

This is done at the Cosplay Desk, which is usually near the main stage.

Question about Sunday. Myself and two others want to enter on the sun but I don't have regular contact with the other two. Would it be possible to enter on the day? If so what time is a good time to try and get a place?

On the Sunday I'd recommend getting in by 11:00 at the latest (assuming we're opening at 10:00).

Once you have filled the form in it will go through to a thank you/rules page, if you don't see this page we won't have got the entry. All I can suggest at this point is that you make sure you have filled all the fields in, and that you have ticked all the boxes at the bottom to confirm that you agree to the various rules and terms and conditions.

If this still doesnt work send us an email (cosplay@mcmexpo.net) containing all of the information asked for in the form and we will see what we can do.

There are a handful of places available on the day, but for Saturday you *really* have to be quick.

Don't give up hope yet though...

As ill be helping out with Tokyopop on the saturday ill be in like half hour before the doors open.. would i be able to put my name down for the masquerade then? or would i have to wait until its open?

You'll have to wait for the doors to open- it's a bit cheeky otherwise!

Reference pics, group details and music should be emailed through to us after the online form has been completed. The online form asks you to do this at the top of the confirmation/rules page you see once your form has been completed.

Reference pics can also be brought along on the day.

I received both my confirmation and my rejection today! Bit sad about the rejection, but I will RUN to the cosplay desk Saturday morning to fill it out!

This year the event will be ticketed so if you have friends or family who wish to watch the show make sure they come to the cosplay desk to pick up some tickets.

will they cost anything?
Also, when can we start picking up tickets?

Tickets to watch the masquerade are free and can be collected anytime from show opening from the cosplay desk.

Our helpers and cosplayers both made it an easier event than previous London Expos, even in the face of things such as a lack of tables.

I was really pleased that everyone to enjoy themselves. We'll sort out proper feedback etc in due course, when we stop aching

James and Joe do a great job of heading the cosplay desk and the little gophers (like myself) are always glad to assist them. However, as much as we all try to make things run smoothly and on time there will undoubtedly be some delay or other - of course through no fault of our own. So thanks for understanding - and I'm glad the water and sweets were well received

Yes. Thank you Cosplay team.. you guys all did such a tremendous job right from registering to organising back stage, drinks and sweets, bag drop, judging, music tracks, MC /compare etc .. really appreciate everything you did!
