Indeed, that was I.

I thought it'd be nifty to stumble up to someone and vomit up fake blood.
It went down quite well, and I didn't get red on anyone.
Did it a few times around PTI, scared a few people. Went well.

Of course, I responded as if their was a Sniper on the Roof and shoved my gas-mask back on, grabbing my bat and running in for the kill.
