I have sent an email to everyone who appears to have registered- these are not to confirm your place but just to give you piece of mind that we received your entry. I got an delivery failre back from an email beginning silverfableassassin and one beginning daleksrulecybermendrool so please - if you are reading this a) rest assured and b) email cosplay@mcmexpo.net so we can fix our email listing.
If you registered by 01:30 am on 26/04/09 and have not received an email from me, then you may want to email us: cosplay@mcmexpo.net and of course don't forget to check if your spam filter has blocked it!

Okay- I think we may be full o_O there's a little work to do to check, but the variety is amazing this time. Good stuff people!

Granny Gertrude wrote:Pictures, music, etc can be sent in later but we recommend people send them in even if they are on the waiting list. That way we can do the same preparation and quality checking as we do for the confirmed entries, so any issues can be cleared up ready in case a place gets freed up or you get an on the day space.
Progress pictures are optional unless we ask for them, which will only happen for costumes that are commonly sold on ebay or that we are concerned may be made largely from bought parts eg a suit.
Ilpala and I have just been looking through things, and it is both good AND bad news that the quality of submissions looks above what we are used to. Great as this is the sign of a healthy cosplay making community, bad as we honestly regret having to tell anyone that we can't confirm their place.
