Universal Panel Cancelled

We have unfortunately been informed that the Universal Pictures panel has been cancelled for Saturday 24th Oct at Expo, their PR department has informed us that despite their valiant efforts there has been a shift in Elijah Woods work schedule so he cannot now make it to London for October 24th.

They are sorry that it could not be resolved but actors do have to work on other projects and sometimes this situation cannot be avoided.

Universal Pictures will still be in attendance promoting the Vampire's Assistant, '9', 'Couples Retreat' and 'Green Zone' amongst others.

They have had a new stand designed and built expecially to attend the London MCM Expo and are looking forward to seeing and meeting fans and continuing their close association with the UK's Largest general entertainment event.

This is very disappointing news! It's not your fault but it would have been very cool if he'd been there.

What about the people who only booked for Elijah? Can they get their money back?

Thanks for this announcement. At my time of posting it's not on your Latest News page and I think it should be there too, not only on this forum thread, as people may miss it and still turn up in the expectation of seeing him.

Yes we agree that it is a shame that he will not be attending as we would all like to have had him there, but as his plans have changed he had no option but to cancel.

This was a Universal Films promotion and they will still be at the event over the weekend to promote various movies and also continuing to support the London MCM Expo which we appreciate.

We do not sell tickets on the basis that a particular item or person will be in attendance, you buy a ticket to attend the whole event as we do not charge for individual parts.
