Almost re-finished my Myotismon cosplay, except for the cape. I can't seem to get the part behind the head to stand up >.<

And I might be changing my Myotismon for the Sunday to BlackWarGreymon, if I get the time to finish that cosplay. So it's either Myotismon or BlackWarGreymon for me on the Sunday.

Sabaku - Try a really heavy interfacing for the cape, or fabric stiffener which can be bought from some fabric shops...or ebay, I think. It's pretty good stuff if I recall rightly!

I've already tried fabric stiffener, but since the collar is about 30 cm high it wouldn't be strong enough to let it stand up. And I also tried with cardboard and other hard material to keep it up but with no luck. I'm gonna try a frame with metal wire in the cape along with a kind of shoulder pads so that the collar won't flop backward every 3 seconds or with every step that I'll take.

hiya all not long yet! will be posting progress pics soon n.n but yes sebaku no cella try childs fun foam you can get it in A4 sheets I used I for the collar of my utachi cosplay and its fantastic! I got mine at the range if theirs one near you n.n hope its helpful n.n

Once again I've managed to slip up with my Hotel arrangements, and so I will be coming on the Saturday Morning instead of Friday Evening. I will, however, be coming at about 4AM just to make 100% sure I arrive in time for the first shoot! I can't afford to miss it!!!

Cosplay wise, I've got the voice perfected (well, as best as I can get it without surgery), and I may be wearing a backpack on top of the costume for a good part of the first day, so everyone make sure to look out for Schoolgirl-Renamon!

Bad news: I won't be cospaying Myotismon this year at the Expo. My cat thought it was funny to rip up most of my cosplay, thinking it was a scratching pole or something >.>'

And with me leaving on Wednesday to England, I don't see it likely that I'll be able to re-make it in time by then.

I have been informed by reliable sources that it will be RAINING on SATURDAY... if so, where will we relocate the photoshoot to? I can't afford to get wet! no siree!

yus yus if the incident of rain befalls of we shal just meet at the same spot only at te insidey bit of the exit O_O same times as well hopefully there will be no rainz... but yes we shal met in side the excel exit by the trains at 1 if rain and out side at 1 if no rainz same for both days ooh can't wait! 2 DAYS!!
