S'up everyone?! I'm delurking a bit with some cosplay progress on Matt. Finished his jacket in a bit of a rush, since I only just realised that my calendar was still on September, and was thus shocked to see that there's less than 2 weeks to go now!

Anyway, I bought myself a tonne of furry fabric a while ago, and have been painstakingly sewing it on by hand. I'm quite pleased with the final result (though please ignore the fact that one of the curved lines doesn't curve as much as the other... Damn, I went and told you all now -_-) I also went and bought myself a new top, since my old one somehow ended up an off-white colour, and just not nice ¬_¬



All I have left to do is sew the seams into Matt's jeans, which I should be doing sometime this week. Then once he's done, I can move onto the finishing touches on my other cosplays, so I'll hopefully be cosplay-making free on the run-up to expo!

heh there's an image of my light costume in the naruto thread (brother posted it and he's zabuza on saturday) so yeah really happy how he turned out since I nearly gave up on saturday getting the beige jacket and pants.

Um sorry if it's already been given but I couldn't see it, is there a time for the deathnote photoshoot on the saturday? I'm trying to work between the naruto (which half our group are in) deathnote (other half of our group in) and the cosplay hokey cokey disco'y thing that we're doing.

well, Im not sure. Me and my mini death note group here are free all day; but some of the group arent :/ We're gunna be dancing and playing these all day - so I suppose if anyone wants to go around in a mini crowd dancing before the ACTUAL meet - which we still havent decided a time on, I may add - then we could meet outside the arena by the stairs at like; 11?
