go to "your photos", just above the top of the list of photo albums there should be "album privacy", select "everyone" from the drop down menu for your expo album

hope that makes sense :s

Also when viewing an album if you look towards the bottom it should say "Share your photos with people not on facebook" (or something similar) with a special link
