Cosplay Roadshow 2009
An exciting new venture for the MCM Expo Group, 'COSPLAY ROADSHOW', a fantastic opportunity for Cosplay, Anime & Manga fans to get together with a series of planned meet ups at locations across the UK.

Starting September 12th with the first stop at Wolsey Hall, Cheshunt. A great day out with activities including a Masquerade, workshops, screenings, & gaming with DDR UK

Cost £5, Tickets will be available shortly.

Further dates and locations will be announced on the message board and also on the http://www.cosplayroadshow.com website

where abouts are u from in west midlands

its basically the same for me cause west midlands is where many ppl can get to easily

How about the North East? Maybe Newcastle? We need some love too

so these are in essence "Mini Expos" going on all over the country, sounds awesome, hope i can make it to one

We are working on locations and will move northwards A lot depends on the response to the first couple.

East Anglia, Norwich.
I have already had a word, and it might happen in Norwich if those of us in the area can get the interest racked up.
I've already made myself an advocate for the region, but if anyone else can give me a hand I'd be grateful.

As mentioned if there is enough interest from people in different areas then we can look at them.

We do already do 2 events in the Midlands area one in Telford and another in Birmingham at the NEC.

As 'SlimDefinition' they are looking into interest in the Norwich/Norfolk area so basically it is in your hands!

Thirded, not because i live in hampshire but because the County is rather Central (as in it's pretty much in the middle of the south coast of England) so it means easy distances for most people in the south

Thirded, not because i live in hampshire but because the County is rather Central (as in it's pretty much in the middle of the south coast of England) so it means easy distances for most people in the south

As like Telford is midlands and about 130 miles from london and then the places i jjst mentioned are 180 miles north of london.

oh i thought hampshire was more south of london, dont know the town just sounds like it does

If there won't be a Midlands one because of the Midlands Expo anything near London should be out aswell .Personally i think these should be focused more on the North as they have it the worst when coming down to the expos.

Count me in for this, Lowestoft is close by so i would be very interested in attending a meet up in Norwich. I also know some friends who may also go. so aye, i'd support this, would be a fun day ^^.

get one up in scotland now that would be great becuase as far as i know ther is none up past the border, and when a lot of you say up north you always just think of newcastle and such likes you do reaslise that north would have to be scotland hahah hope you can get up here

me and my friends will definately be coming to the cheshunt one

for once an event thats actually uber close lol!! , Its like a 15 minute drive to cheshunt for me!! and only 20-25 for my mates in north london!!

hopefully itl be lots of fun/looking forward to it!

Hi Everyone

The feedback so far has been great!

Keep suggestions for areas coming but remember the more interest you drum up for an area the more likely it is that we can plan an event there.

To answer another question there will be some Dealer stalls there also.
