A BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!

Hi Everyone

We would like to Thank everyone who attended the 1st Cosplay Roadshow event at Wolsey Hall and helped to make it a great success.

We would also like to Thank Joe and his team for making everything work so well on the stage, charades all the fun games
and of course for the Masquerade.

Colin who as usual from DDR UK who helped everyone to have a great time dancing and also playing console games.

Also the dealers who attended and had faith in the event to support it.

The turn out was not massive but enough to show us that their is a genuine need for the event.

As we have said all along if you support the events then we will do them!

The ball is in your court now we will be announcing further Cosplay Roadshow events soon but again you need to support them if you dont then we can not run them!

The more people who turn out to them then the bigger they will grow.

Hopefully everyone who attended today had a good day and we look forward to hearing your feedback.

I think i had more than my fair share of DDR today and very thankful for it.

Hey guys, for those that recognise me here from the forums I apologise for my lengthy absence. The awesome day I had today reminded me that I need to get back on here.

I generally had a really great day today, so thanks to all that helped arrange it and to all of those that attended. Everything from the random songs being played, the Masquerade, the 'posing tutorial', the pictures etc. was just grand and had an exceptional atmosphere.
I just went in my Quote cosplay from the May expo. I spoke with Raymatt quite a bit there (which was great, was nice meeting you Raymatt) and I spoke briefly with Hitman too, and although I saw Wildeth a bit I didn't say hi as I wasn't 100% sure it was her. Darn me.

Anyway, I had a great time.

Woah I had such a great day, was sad it had to end! Too short >.< I had tons of energy to run around and burn off still lol. It was Cosy in a way XD {was the young Naruto} And I was so hyper so I'm glad there was space for me to act the idiot o.e

I really enjoyed myself (though I'm shattered now from the late nights beforehand hand trying to sort out events but being distracted by Dissidia) and thought it went really well- especially for the first one!

I already have some ideas and thoughts for the future... mwa ha ha... just ways to tighten it up and cram more into the day. Even if we finished soon after four (except for the epic photo session outside- Myst took over 5000 photographs that day!) we ended up chillin' with some of you until close to 9 that night which was great... until Ailsa-chan and Raine dragged me away because we had a 3 hour drive ahead of us (whoops!).

Thanks to the Expo guys, especially Mr Soundman Mark for the music assistance; thanks to Jake for co-presenting, Ailsa-chan for the support and wiggy goodness, and Raine for handling gothic lolita styles- between the four of us, I think we kept them busy ; thanks to Myst & DDRUK for stealing my audience :p with their great array of gaming goodness; the dealers for their support (I hope you had a good day also!); and the venue staff for cleaning up the mess we made ^_^;

And thanks to you guys who attended and kept me company, stole my lollipops, and were well up for having a laugh! What really makes this kinda thing enjoyable is when the cosplayers come in fully intending to enjoy themselves. I was buzzing even at the end- great stuff.
