What we're doing isn't very extensive, but as first mentioned when the meet-up was set up and in the original post, it's low-key and we're not really doing anything special; mainly just hanging out. There will be some games brought, some music and we can play running games or whatever, but the event is mainly to hang about and meet others that are also interested in anime/expo/games.

That is pretty cool stuff. Glad to know it is coming together and it took me and Ryan by kinda a surprise, by how much of an interest this is actually having! .

But also i heard that some people had an interest in recording/taking pictures here anyway. Just hoping most people will not mind if this is the case and such.

Also i am going to update the facebook event shortly, with some pictures of the terminal and firstbowl, with Ryan conviently infront of the firstbowl one, to maybe give people an idea of where they need to go. But it will show it is practically the terminal is just on the doorstep of firstbowl.

I hope people will find the images abit more useful and such and it is to help people when finding. Especially for people who are getting the bus in and such things like that.

Lol, yes, the meet-up time is 11 but we'll wait around at the meet-up point until at least 11:30 so that everyone gets there in time.

But also. Some people arent actually coming until 12. I.E. Stuart, Gaarawiseman and a few others i think. (They do their Yu-Gi-Oh! thing). But what are we going to do about them?

In fact, we're staying at FB until 11:30 to make sure everyone gets there in time anyway, so we can just go and meet the others again at FB at 12 and get some food in the spare time. (For example, Paris wants to go to King-Du.)

Productive way to do things, within that spare half hour. So in most respects, the first meeting time is at 11-11:30 say. And then the second will be for people who cannot make it for that time and a second time from 12-12:15 or something and then we will go off, toward our destination.

Though I don't want to say per say that the meeting time is 11-11:30 as people will then think it's okay to turn up at 11:30. Turning up at that time is a last resort, when it reaches 11:30 we are going off.

We'll go back to FirstBowl at around 12-ish for about 15 minutes. Whoever hasn't met with us by then that intends on coming can try contacting us on the day, though I should hope that everyone gets there by then as we won't be returning to the meet-up point after then.

Helloz! I thought i would do a small post, on Ryan's computer before i come off!
Yeah, looking forward tomorrow and seeing everyone for the first time/second time and so on! Other than that... Um... DDR and such, challanges are coming and music... Yeah... More on that tomorrow!

Thanks for coming all, I had a great time and hope everyone else did, it was great to meet you all. After a while it was like I'd known everyone my whole life! Hope to see you all again soon some time.

Anyway, this topic should be kept open for any ideas for the next meet-up I'll arrange, which will probably be in January.
