We had an idea, to put together a meet at May Expo, and stage a huge Pirates vs Ninjas face off.

This is likely to include a photo shoot of epic proportions (hopefully), and general hilarity. Any ideas are welcome.
The group will run at around 13:00 on BOTH days, meeting at the bottom of the steps. So that you know what to look out for, on the Saturday our group will be Miho from Sin City and Seven Seas Ikuto from Shugo Chara, and on the Sunday Kelsall-L4J will be running the group as SNJ Hidan from Naruto. If this event's registration goes through properly, I believe I'll have some kind of badge to let me run the event, so look out for that too.
Suggestions from others now include a game of 'Capture the flag' between the two sides. Details for this are in curethedarkness' post on page 3. I will be modererating this, hopefully along with a few others, to ensure that no foul play happens.
I cannot stress enough, that NO VIOLENCE will be permitted in the game or any other part of this event. This is not literally going to be an all out battle, just hopefully a little competitive fun. Unless you are a trained stage fighter and you know the person you are interacting is also trained, please refrain from fighting during this event. What you do in your own time is up to you and Excel security.
The idea we have for the group doesn't just mean Naruto and One Piece cosplayers. We want people to come up with truly legendary Pirate and Ninja characters.

We also accept Pirate/Ninja versions of other anime/game/film etc characters.
Any suggestions for things to do as part of the meet are welcome too, whether it's stage fighting or photo ideas.
