I think people were lost lambs a little, all I was told was the group shot would be taken later on and they were doing battle poses for the time being then the group just disappeared while we were lingering around the back

People wern't a little lost, we started the shoot, asked people to get in line for the group shot NICELY and got ignored.
After several failed attempts I had to YELL at people to get them to listen. It was clear that people wern't interested in doing a shoot on saturday. I don't know if they were arranging one later in the day or not, but there was another shoot arranged by a different forum on at 3 on both days aswel.
It would have been nice if it went smoothly, but as I said, nobody was interested in doing it. It's not as easy as people think arranging this stuff at a time to suit everyone, trying to organise extra events to make the meet and usually the rest of expo a good laugh. Keeping a list of who is going as who each day, sorting out which shots people want and getting up in front of everyone to organise in person. All everyone else had to do was listen to what was being asked of them, and to get into the shots THEY ALL REQUESTED.
Next time, I will be organising the shoot again.

I'm glad to say sundays when I took over went a lot smoother and was a really good laugh. I met another bunch of really nice people, and it was great meeting everyone I've been talking to. Thanks guys, you really did all make my expo

I shall be improving/repairing ggio and will also be ukitake xD in the search for a wig for him now, and lora has very kindly said she will do my uniform
