They aren't made to come off that's the point of them. If the popper seal isn't fully in you can sometimes unbutton it otherwise you really have no chance. Easier to just cut it off than mutilate it by pulling at the seal.

They aren't made to come off that's the point of them. If the popper seal isn't fully in you can sometimes unbutton it otherwise you really have no chance. Easier to just cut it off than mutilate it by pulling at the seal.
ive managsed to take mine off multiple times, it takes a while the first few times but if you dont want to cut it or unpop the popper which just cant be done then try sliding it over your hand
ive done that a few times now and mines still fully intact, if not a little stretched
and its been off a few times already, purely cause it doesnt fit the uniform dress regulations of cadets, apart from that its stuck like glue to my wrist and isnt coming of for quite the time to come >3 but yea i just slip it off and on when need be and alls fine
