ohman lmao theres been a HUGE change of plans... I'm NOT going as Red Scout, I'm going as Ellis instead and my friend who was gunna be Ellis might become a hunter... but we may lose our Tentaspy too. OHwell, btw, this L4D collection from me and my friends should be happening on the Sunday!

Try military surplus stores online. American ones are more likely to have them, I think. If you can find just a helmet liner I'd go with that, it's cheaper and lighter than a full helmet and still looks accurate. I think it'll need spraypainting regardless of what you get. :>

This thread is particularly useful for where to find most of the less common parts for TF2 cosplay in general. I thought there was a link to some Soldier helmets there, but apparently I'm thinking of an older thread... just check through /cosplay/ for Soldier threads, I know there's a fair few mentioning where to get stuff. Decent jacket also, needs some modding in the form of taking the pockets off and dying it, though aside from that the "long" version is the perfect shape and length.

hur, can you tell I've been researching this stuff for someone else beforehand?
