Ticket Problem

At the start of Febuary, I ordered two early entrance tickets from the official Expo website. It said that the tickets would arrive a week prior to the event

However, I haven't recived the tickets and now I am really worried that they won't come in time for the expo on Saturday

My postman comes at 1pm everyday, so if they were to arrive on Saturday I will be at the expo at the time

I was wondering what I could do? If they don't arrive in time I don't want to buy a compleatly new pair :/

Did you get a confirmation email when you ordered them? I'm not sure how they work, but if you got one, print it off and explain to the guys at the ticket checker desk, and they should let you in.

If not, I guess you could maybe talk to one of the organisers and you may get a refund for your missing tickets. Or something.

Royal Mail is just awful, so I feel your pain.

I've been to this expo twice before and the london one last year xDD I should have known that it was etickets :')
