Remember if you are organising an activity whether it is a Picnic, Photo Shoot, Gathering or Meet and So on you need to register it as part of the MCM FRINGE.

There are some great Meets, Photoshoots, Picnics, Dance Groups and so much more being hosted at Excel London over the London MCM Expo weekend as part of the new MCM FRINGE FESTIVAL by attendees and MCM Expo aswell.

If you want to join any groups this will help you know where and when they will take place.

The list will help groups see what's happening and allow them to avoid time and location clashes with other groups plus allowing anyone to join in if they wish to.

All you need to take part is to be a valid Wristband holder for the MCM Expo, this means that you need to have a VALID wristband for the day that you are ther!

Listing an event is FREE. You host your activity and we help you promote it.

Please send in the following information:

*The full name of the person organising the activity and their messageboard username if they have one as this will be added to you Official MCM FRINGE FESTIVAL Pass that you will collect at the show.
*The name of your activity such as Naruto meet/photoshoot/picnic and so on.
*The approximate time it will take place.
* What day or days it will take place.
*Where on site you are hoping for it to take place.
*Also agreeing that anyone taking part will be in receipt of a valid wristband for the Expo, this is your responsibility to make sure this happens, MCM FRINGE FESTIVAL crew will be around checking wristbands also.
*MCM FRINGE FESTIVAL activities are to be run by fans, not by commercial companies or groups or sponsored by them in anyway.
*If you do not want your activity advertised on the MCM FRINGE FESTIVAL web page please let us know, but your activity still needs to be registered.
