I don't actually have wifi but I managed to somehow connect my DS to a random neighbour's, but it only lasted long enough to get that Raikou. However, since I'm making my brother get me a Raikou too I don't need this one

I'm not actually sure, I don't think it's happened yet, but then I don't think that we're getting it either :/ I mean, we would've had it by now, surely? As it triggers an event in both HGSS and BW... Europe always gets left out :'(
