Is there a date this survey has to be completed by?

It's a pretty open invitation for the future, having learnt from the past (where the minority who wanted changes were the only ones who responded, leading to the unpopular temporary removal of the 'style' judging points ^_^; ) I will publish preliminary indications, and set a time limit at that point for people to submit surveys. I *hope* that will give us more rounded results, its not like I can make it mandatory so that was the brightest idea I had...
