Haven't received ticket

Hey I ordered my eary entry ticket early August this is my first time to the expo and I still haven't received it I keep emailing and phoning the expo office but no one will answer my calls and no one will reply to my emails what should I do I'm worried I wont get my ticket cos its been like 56 days since I ordered it can someone give me some advice cos I'm really stuck and worried
