OK I need to know is this acceptible as a reference pic....

finding official pictures of this guy is so hard, and his outfit seems to vary somewhat in every single one. (pictures of his legs are almost non existent)
but yeah I want to know if this is acceptable or if there is simply 'too much' going on on that A4 sheet

Wow there is a lot going on there!!!
Might be a bit confusing, I'd suggest picking four of the images and putting one per quarter. I'd pick images that highlight parts of the costume that you think are important.

or I could just leave out images that show any mistakes in my costume XP

Okay I had to use two pages to get all the parts of his body (especially the leg spikes) I Hope thats okay, just wanna check if this is better... and acceptable as reference

Good good!

Deadline for music is... Tuesday. You might get away with Wednesday. Thursday may mean I mistakenly put you on stage to the Sesame Street theme. Friday... I'll be in London setting up, and will have already chosen your music.

Thursday is the ultimate cut off, but please try not to do that to me ^_^;

Ah- but I did reserve the right to be mistaken :P

Yup- I'd cunningly filed the whole lot under pictures, got them now. If it had not been some silly hour I'd have spotted your email address when filtering the spreadsheet and realised that wasn't the case. Apologies!

OH GOD OH GOD! The first progress pic I have of my costume is the back with the whole basic shape sewn up. I had no idea about progress pic til it was far in progress! Will this be OK?

No need to panic it's not the end of the world if you don't have a brilliant progress pic. For most people we classify them as nice to have. They are only compulsory if you have a commonly bought or commissioned costume, in which case we would email you about it.

Of course they are also a great help to our judges so I would suggest bringing what you do have along on the day so you can show them :)

I'm gonna print out a ton of them on friday night XD and knowing me, forget to bring them along...

anyway wanted to know if you guys got my audio? i take it you guys listen to it before hand right? if it's not okay do you tell us? or do you just substitute it on the day?
I am full of questions (and cake XD )

Granny can confirm if we have your audio, generally you can expect an email confirmation within a day or two of sending it to us though (Longer if we just opened registration though).

We do check your audio to make sure it's ok and then contact you if we have any problems.

Im not sure if this has been asked, but as the masq is now full, does that meen that all the one the day spaces are taken?
And are the on the day places done by effort in the costume, or first come first serve? only i wanted to enter my costume, but i didnt quite know if it was going to be ready in time, so i havent, but now that its done, im extreamly desperate to get it into the masq, also, if its on the day and you get a place can you bring in a USB with the music and reff pictures on it? >_<
Thankyou in advance! ^^

There will still be on the day places available and these will be handed out on a first come first served basis.

If you get an on the day place you should print your reference pictures yourself and bring them along on the day.

We cannot garauntee we will be able to sort out and use any music you bring on the day. instead email your track to us TONIGHT and we will try to have it ready for you, if you get a place.
