Tokyo mew mew, manga or anime? OR BOTH!

Hi there!
I was just wondering which you would recomend to read/watch first the manga or anime? I saw an ad for it in the back of my Cardcaptor sakura manga and i'm interested, i thought about watching the anime online but then i thought what if the mangas better?
Is the storyline in the manga and the anime the same? (then i could watch/read both?) lol. So if anyone can give me any idea that would be awesome.x

Well actually I dunno, I've only seen a couple episodes of the anime, the rest was the dub "Mew Mew Power" which was so ridiculously cheesy lolol. (It made me lol though x'D) Sadly I haven't seen enough to tell you how much has changed though.

But yeah, I've read all the manga and it's cute and pretty good. Wasn't too happy about the ending but otherwise I quite liked it! I recommend it if your a fan of CCS or Sailor Moon : D

Cardcaptor Sakura is my favouite manga and Sailor Moon is one of my favouite anime.

Well, the manga is awesome, and very sweet. But Tokyo Mew Mew was my first animanga and I watched the anime, and I loved it X3 It was my first transformation sequeunce and I thought it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen (I was 11, okay?). But I would probably say read the manga to avoid fillers ^^

Manga. I love the manga and HATE the anime! xD It's just awful. O___O

The Manga. I haven't read much of it (well i skipped straight to volume 7 lol) but it just seems nicer, more thought out. The anime fall prey to the whole reused sequences as does any saturday morning anime does.

The manga definately, there's two last special manga's in which a 6th Mew Mew is introduced, (well two new ones but the other one appears breifly in a side story and has a character profile in Volume 6), but I not going to spoil anymore, you're just going to have to get them I own all 9 volumes. 'Tis better than the anime.
