Doesn't look too hard, Apart from finding white peacock feathers.
Are the shiny lines actualy part of the costume?
If they are, they could be done with el wire bound around stiffer wire to get them to stick up like that.

(ok, its becoming alot clearer why I have the repuatation at uni as the person you go to first to ask how to do anything costume related).

I'd love to do a Domo-kun mascot outfit, but sadly I'm really small so the costume will be too overpowering and It'll probably be really heavy and hot so I'd probably fall over for every step that I take. xP I know you can use light-weight materials but the thing is, my costume would probs get destoryed easily so I'd rather use heavy-duty materials. It wouldn't be made out of cardboard ya know..

Or maybe I could buy one of those pillows like on the 'Love Guru' that moves and just sit on it for the whole of the convention, now wouldn't that be fascinating? xD

Funny thing is, I'd love to cosplay as Eva Unit 02 , but I'm nowhere skinny enough . I don't mind being fatter versions of characters (even crossplay) but EVAs need to be spindly.

EDIT: The exception is Poison/Roxy from Final Fight. No way could I get away with showing that much flesh!

I'd also like to cosplay as a Chaos Space Marine from Warhammer 40K but my skills aren't quite at the level of armour yet.
