trying to identify a cosplay I saw

So I saw a cosplay today that I thought was cool however I have no idea what series it is from.

I don't have a picture so I will do my best to describe it. It was a pair of female cosplayers however one was being led around on a lead. She was wearing pvc trousers and top.

So i managed to find a picture of who I am talking about. It is the girl on the left with the grey hair. I realise this is a picture from the back but it's a picture at least.

I think that they're posibly from TogaInu no Chi but Im not sure of the name of the character......hope that helps?

Yeah looks like Togainu no Chi, I think the black PVC character is called Kau, and the person leading them around was probably Arbitro.

If it was these two, then they are from TogaInu no Chi, it's kau and gunzi.
