Well, the opening times for the Masses are 11am I believe, so probably midday at the entrance to the Excel center?
That'll give those without Early-entry tickets a chance to actually get in, and those who Do have tickets enough time to look around a while before meeting up.

1. We need to gather as many different people as possible. As I'm relatively Out of the anime community, I delegate that responsibility to you.
2. I don't think we'll find a professional photographer in our group who Isn't cosplaying, so chances are we'll have to rely on the others.
3. I want a Puddi flag. But I dunno how I'd make one.
4. I don't remember doing the time warp D:

we did the time warp around our food ><
im not exactly IN the anime community either O.o most people i know are booked up
there are plenty of cosplayers with good cameras though ^^ but chances are, we'll spend alotta time together, so the public will do it for us ^^
i will look up how to make a flag, because i just cant do expo without one now D8

On a more CG related note, does anyone have any problems with the current plan of Midday on Saturday at the entrance? Probably on the inside. Lets hope Bunneh and I can organise making this Puddi flag so people can know what to look for.

that wouldnt flutter properly, you use really light (near seethrough) material i think
